Toast with Egg & Truffle Sauce

 

Ingredient:

Toast    8 pieces

Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil    4 tsp

Egg    2

Butter 15g

Cream    3 tsp

Giuliano Truffle Sauce    3 tsp

Parmesan Cheese    2 tsp

 

Directions:

Toasts:

  • Apply extra virgin olive oil on toasts’ both side. Fry with medium heat until the toasts golden. Keep warm and set aside.

 

Egg & Truffle Sauce:

  • Put the eggs, cream and cheese into a bowl and mix well.
  • Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Put the egg mixture into the sauce pan and fry with small heat until the egg half cooked and smooth. Turn off the heat, add truffle sauce and mix evenly.
  • Put the egg on the toasts and enjoy.
